Drytac promises a 100% secure method of online payment with which you can rest assured your credit card details will not be compromised. All orders received are subject to acceptance by Drytac and are governed by Drytac’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (A complete copy is available upon request). We only accept online orders from within the contiguous United States. Customers from outside this area, like Alaska and Hawaii, may place orders by calling our toll-free number.
Drytac will not accept any returns for any reason without prior authorization. Such authorization is by way of a Return Authorization (RA) number and such number must be clearly marked on both the product(s) being returned and the exterior of all packaging. Return authorization does not constitute that a credit will automatically be issued and returns for reasons other than defects are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. All returns to Drytac are to be shipped freight prepaid. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from date of invoice.
All prices quoted are FOB from the applicable Drytac location (Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; and Richmond, VA). Unless instructed otherwise, orders will be shipped via the most economical method (usually UPS). We will attempt to ship all in-house merchandise within 24 hours.
Some orders may qualify for free ground freight in the contiguous United States. To qualify for free freight, orders must be paid according to the terms of your account. All freight will be charged on each applicable invoice and if qualified and timely payment is made, the freight should be deducted from the amount paid. Note: The following items do not qualify for free freight: 1) any product that weighs 60 lbs. or more, 2) any product that is 60 inches or longer, 3) any items that require additional charges due to special packaging such as 5 gallon pails, 4) all equipment, and 5) all rollers and lamps for equipment.
Drytac is not responsible for loss, damage or any delay in transit. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to immediately inspect all deliveries for loss or damage. In the event that there is evidence of loss or damage, a notation to this effect must be noted on the carrier’s waybill. The carrier should be notified by telephone and in writing. All claims should be made directly with the carrier, but we will be happy to assist. Drytac must be advised within 24 hours of receipt of shipment of any claims for shortages or damage.
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product page on the date the order is placed. The price shown on the product page excludes any applicable taxes, which will be calculated at the checkout stage in line with standard U.S. tax regulations. Prices are correct at time of publication. It is the customer’s responsibility to establish current prices at the time of order. Drytac reserves the right, by giving notice to the customer at any time before delivery, to increase any prices for goods to reflect any increases in the cost to Drytac of supplying the goods due to any factor beyond the control of Drytac (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labor, raw materials or other costs of manufacture). Errors and omissions are accepted.
Payment can be made as follows:
1. Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) – Payments made by credit card must be made at the time order is placed. If payment is made by credit card not at the time of order, it will incur a 3 percent processing fee.
2. Open Account – Net 30 days to customers who have pre-established credit. (Note: No order will be shipped if a customer’s account is in arrears and a 2 percent service charge per month will be assessed on all overdue accounts.)
